Hi everybody!
My name is Klaus, I'm living in Germany and I'm looking for "Debra Wright-Klinner". I met her in 1986 in West Palm Beach, Fl and we spent a few months together over there. Does somebody knows her email adress ? Of course you can check it out with her before, whether she knows me.
Thanks a lot if someone is able to do me the favour.
Many Greetings from Germany
Klaus

Hello everyone! Judi, amazing work gathering folks together via this site and FaceBook. I left Alabama many years ago - first for Tennessee and now in North Carolina - and I am loving the memories that have flooded back. So many years later, it's great to see that so many of us are doing well and are happy in our lives!

Hello from elmore county! How has all my Goodwyn friends been the last 35 years? I was zoned for JD and lost touch with most of you. I wish I could have gone to Lee,oh well. Been married 17 years and have one daughter. She rides a TR125, like father like daughter I always say. LOL. We have 5 acres and triple wide deep in the woods, we love it here in God's country. Drop me a email if you remember me. Does anyone remember Donna Jo Smith, Rick Walker(RIP), Jeanie Saporeno, Leann Gibson,Marie Klein,Mary Dunn or Jeri Buck? I wonder what they're doing now? Wow the years fly by. I hope everyone is doing well. Rick I hope I see you in heaven one day. You were a great friend and the funniest guy I ever met.... Take care,Wayne Parducci

Hey everybody!

I just want to say that this is an awesome website! Judy, thank you for your time and talent on putting this site together. Great Job!

I also want to say that I'm sorry I haven't attended any of the functions, but I am still a pretty shy guy just like I was in school and I never got to know very many of you. I do want you all to know though that I've been envolved in ministry for over twenty years and I can say that knowing Jesus personally and having Him in my life has been the most rewarding thing that's happened in my life. No, I'm not an ordained minister, just a child of God. I sing His praises every chance I get because it's the least I can do after He did what He did for me and You! I pray that all of you has or will accept Jesus one day as your personal Savior because you will find that once you do, you'll wonder how you lived without Him. Jesus loves and so do I. God bless, Tim Stough

And I told Blitz,"Don't you think a reunion would take more time to plan?" (one month before Cornerstone) and I couldnt even make that one! (but I would like to send in some vacation pictures my wife and kids were on during that time).  Had a great time at the party at Blitz's house when I got back. Judy my hats (fedora) off to ya for being a can do gal...keep up the great work and anytime I see someone from Lee (77 or above/below) I push the website.  Enjoyed going to some Lee football games with Kemper and the gang......(strength in numbers)  Keep in touch!!!!

Jon, Kathy, Brian,

I may have you all beat.  I was a military brat who moved to Lee my senior year.  It was my 8th school and 3rd high school.  I knew nobody!  I'm sure few if any of you remember me.  I was a ROTC nerd but tried to be social.  Socially awkward is probably how it came across.  LOL Made some nice friends in my small circle.  I got to meet and know more of my Lee classmates the following year at college!   Many are lifelong friends now, but we didn't really know each other at Lee.  Strange, huh?!  I have enjoyed the reunions and enjoy finding new classmate friends now.

Wait a minute Jon and Kathy . . . I remember both of you very well !! I feel like I'm the one nobody remembers.  I have told several classmates that I remember never really feeling like I "fit into the Lee crowd".  It's amusing how many people felt this way.  I guess with over 700 graduates, you could never have a homogenous student body where everybody knew everbody. Regardless, we are all here at this website now, and everybody is connecting with everybody !!!

 Hello,
I finally got my pics & profile loaded... Had to hold the darn high school pic in front of the cam. I kept shaking and tilting it wrong. When I finally got a decent shot; it was kinda blurry. I used a photo program to try and help it. But, alas it is as good as it can get.
Kathy, I was a band and  A.F.R.O.T.C. student and not in any special clubs. No, I weren't that all that popular ; but, my goodness the list of cronies was extensive ,hee-hee.  This doesn't include all the cute girls I was too shy to talk to.

Hi,
I just want to thank Judy again for getting everyone together.  I know that we all lead very busy lives, but it was great getting everyone in one central location.  I really was excited to see alot of people, (and they know who they are) and we need to get together again really soon.  I know that some folks are wanting to do a Christmas get-together but as we all know this is a busy time for most of all of us.  I know it is for me with 9 grandkids and number 10 on the way.  But lets all stay in contact and meet up again.  Once gain I want to thank Blitz and his wonderful wife Amanda for hosting the last reunion, "THANK YOU", you were wonderful hosts.  I hope that everyone had a great Halloween and hope you all have a wonderful thanksgiving and a VERY MERY CHRISTMAS!!!!!

I am so excited to have finally found this site.  At work I try and open it and it says "restricted and logged"  I am envious of people like Judi who are skilled enough to get this site up and running.  How have you contacted so many of us and actually got us to respond!  I am loving seeing all the names, it really brings back memories.  I thought I was too old to remember as many of ya"ll as I do.  The few folks I have seen periodically since graduation have aged very well.  The class of "77" has to be one of the best looking classes of that decade.  We may not have the energy of say . .  Debbie Daniel, but we have all aged well it seems.  Reading what everyone has written has brought back some of my best (and worst) memories.I really miss Karla Collier.  She passed away just before one of our reunions.  One of my last memories of her was us looking through the yearbook critiqueing everone. One of my last converstions with Karen Blackmon was listening to the details of her super-duper toliet seat. (Heated, self-flushing etc.)  I know I will have made it when I have a seat like that.  It keeps me pushing on when I think I can't go to work another day!  At least I can see it in my future.  We all need goals, don't we?   And yes, I already have my dress made for the Sweet Potato Queen Parade.  Perhaps I'll wear it to the party!  Good Night, sweet dreams, see everyone tomorrow.

Hey Guys,

Personally, I think Judi should be named "Class of '77 Outstanding Alumni" or something equally appropriate for getting this website up and running, putting together these "mini-reunions", and just plain being a truly AWESOME person!

Several people I know who graduated either before or after us have heard about our website, and they are jealous.  Look out, Judi, you may be getting requests for advice on starting websites for other classes.  You go, Girl!!

Patti Henderson...now I do remember her. Hey,Patti ! ..
About the Party...
I am definitely planning to attend....I really hope that 'all' my "peeps" from my school days decide to make an appearance. I spoke to one and he was very reluctant. Darn!! I was sure hoping to have his company at my side. Well, I didn't want to be the only "goof-ball" there; by myself!!Ha,ha.[ Although,he is not a goof-ball by any standard.]
It is my sincere wish that anyone who feels
reluctant will definitely change their minds.
C'mon, whats a few hours on a Saturday afternoon.
Worried about what you'll wear? Jeans and a T-shirt will do fine.
Don't wanna be seen "pigging out" ?
So, you don't have to eat; just bring a 2 liter cola and say hay to us.
Worried that you are busting out of your clothes from "middle-age spread" ? Huh, U ain't the only one!
                 Praying for small miracles...

Ps. My cousin Jeffery Chamberlin will not be able
to attend. He lives in Birmingham,Al. He said Hay, to everyone. Yes, he still looks like a hippy,Ha.ha.[ Except, he has a head & beard full of gray hair.]

Hi all,

Thank you Judi for putting this together.  I have missed reuniting with my Lee classmates.   I've lived over on the AL-GA border for the past 12 years.  I'm still in the computer field and work for a large manufacturing company.  It's a great job and I get to travel abroad so it has it's perks.  I am not married but I have four sons, and one daughter-in-law.  No grandchildren yet and none in the foreseeable future.  My oldest son (Jared, 26) lives in Savannah and designs online coursework for SCAD.  My second son (Jason, 22) got married in June after graduating college in May.  He and she are just starting their careers.  The younger two (Joshua, 13 and Jonah, 11) share time between their mother and me.  We have a great time.  Somehow over the years, I got involved in community theatre.  Today, I'm more involved than I should be.  I'm directing a play this fall named "The Civil War."  Yeah, big show!  My other activity is creating web sites.  I have lots of those for fun and pay. I haven't seen my classmates in many years and look forward to seeing everyone in October.

Hello,Everyone,
This is a great idea. Right place;right time. It's been a million years and we've all risen above the
primordial soup.[ A phrase from my niece,ha,ha. Which proves we are not as old as Dirt!!] I don't recall everyone; then again- I was not 'that' popular myself. But, it is good to see
how the ones 'I can't forget' are doing.
I hope to make it to the reunion this time, for sure.  I hope some other shy people will do the same. Come on, guys & gals, we don't have to rent limo's and pretend to be stock market wizards -Ha,ha- we are from Montgomery,al. -

Thanks to Judi for all your hard work! Moving back to Montgomery after being gone 17 years, I found I had lost touch with almost everyone. Looking forward to seeing all of you.

This site has been the best gift...I haven't had this much fun on a computer since I met my new husband... (that story will be told later).  To you computer wizzards who made this possible, words can't tell you what this has meant to sooooooo many people.  Can't wait to see everyone at the party!!!!!  Let's bring any old pictures we can find.
Love to all, Monica

I retired form MPD in June 2004 and now work form home for American Citadel Guard. My wife Traci and I live on the 18th green in Emerald Mountain and love to play golf and ride our Harley. Our nest is now empty and we are learning how to let our hair down again and have fun.

It occurs to me from reading the comments, the class of '77' produced an excellent group of people. Kudo's to the team that put this webpage together. Your efforts served to bring back memories of a much more innocent time in my life.

Judi, thanks so much for reaching out to those of us and our families during hard times in our lives whether it be health concerns or any other issue that needed prayer. Prayer has helped me in ways where nothing else could and I have been truly blessed ... God smiles on folks like you Judi and I am really looking forward to October. It's been great getting updates on our classmates and this website is awesome!... God bless you kiddo, your SUPER!  :)

Judi:

Thanks so much for taking the time to get this website up and running. It still amazes me to think that over 30 years have passed since our graduation from Lee. I am looking forward to the party at Blitz's and I hope many can come.

Kudos to you Judi!
The job you have been doing on your own time is fantastic and so is this website! It has been great reading about everyone, seeing the photos, where everyone is and what is going on in everyone's lives. The prayers going out to those who have needed them is just awesome. It is great to know many of you are still in the Montgomery area. I am looking forward to seeing all of you that can make the re-union party in October.
God Bless to all,  Laura

I can't tell you all how much I have loved catching up with everyone, what's really weird is that in my mind (even though I'm knocking on 50) you all are still 18 ... Your very welcome!  It feels so cool to feel like a part of everyone's lives again, I knew I missed everyone, I just never realized how much.

Judi, thank you for the great job you did on this website. I've seen this word used often to describe it, but it fits: AWESOME! I'm sure it took a lot of time and energy, and I want you to know we all appreciate it very much. I see a lot of names pop up from high school days, names I haven't even thought of since, oh, 1977. I hope everyone can make it to the party. I look forward to seeing old friends again.
BTW...how many 50th birthday parties are being thrown this year???

Judi,

Thanks for pulling all of this together.  I can't wait to see everyone at the party and catch up!  Funny how the older I get, the definition of "old" gets older!  Everyone looks great and I have really enjoyed reading where they are and what they are doing.

I am jealous to see you guys from 1977 have such a great web-site.  I wish 1976 had one of these.  Because of you Judi, I have been able to talk with Mike Burdick and Greg Griffith and some of the others that I had so much fun with back in the day.  Hope to see all of you on 10/11.

Judi:

Thanks again for getting this site put together. At this rate we will need to change website companies and put you on the payroll! What a kick to see everyone's names and what is going on in their lives. 30+ years have flown by and in some regards it seems like yesterday we were soaping the fountain (did I just say that...hope no one reads this). I hope I can make it down because I really look forward to seeing everyone again.

Take care,

Gary Frith

Side Note: I agree with the Honorable Representative Barry Mask's wife (sic)...

great Site ! Thanks Judi for pulling everyone together...I got my yearbook out this summer and looked thru it ...I have to be honest - it was depressing and at the same time exciting because of all the great memories of all you guys .....I had a blast at Lee High ...I just hate getting old and admitting its been 30 years ! Though my wife Jill will tell you I still act like I was in high school most of the time !  Can't wait to see everyone ....barry

I don't know how Judi found my email address a few weeks ago but I am glad she did.  I have only kept up with a few college friends and no HS friends.  I've heard about a few in the past since many of us grew up in EHBC and some of our parents are still there.  It's great to see the names and hear what is going on with everyone.  I look forward to adding my profile soon and reading all the others.

Thanks Judi, for your positive energy. You are an extremely beautiful person, inside and outside as well. I've lived in Idaho for over two years. After joining the Church of Latter Day Saints, I decided to move West. Idaho is a great place to live, stunningly beautiful and calming to me. Not a lot of crime here, the children still walk home from school, I can make a left-hand turn anytime I want (hahah). I'll be in Leadore, Idaho hunting elk the month of October with my new husband, Bennie Cooley. We will marry on September 27. It is great to have someone who shares my love of God, nature and family. I am truly blessed and have finally found the peace that seemed to elude me for so long. Hope all of you have a great time.
